Location: Folsom, CA (In-office only – our plants miss human interaction too.)

Are you a freshly minted Registered Associate (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC) with a heart for healing, a mind hungry for growth, and a dream of thriving in private practice? Do you believe that therapy can be both soulful and strategic? If you just nodded vigorously, we want to meet you.

We’re The Relationship Elevation and Learning Institute (aka The REAL Institute)—a boutique private practice on a mission to help people turn chaos into clarity, especially when it comes to relationships—with themselves, with others, and with life.

We believe in deep work, real connection, plenty of laughter, and the occasional “aha!” moment that gives you goosebumps.

Who You Are:
✔️ A Registered Associate (AMFT, ASW, or APCC) in California
✔️ Willing to work with children, adolescents, and adult clients
✔️ Willing to work 25 billable hours/week in-office (yes, we love your face in real life)
✔️ Eager to grow clinically, professionally, and maybe even existentially
✔️ Excited to be part of a fun, supportive, and just slightly quirky team
✔️ Open to feedback, collaboration, and learning how to turn therapist burnout into therapist brilliance
