Does Not Work Directly with Clients

In my 19 years of working with people, one thing stands out time and again…when you align yourself with who you truly are, you attract a life that makes you happier than you could have ever imagined.

Jessica LePage-Smith, LCSW

I founded The Relationship Elevation and Learning Institute with a deep passion for promoting personal growth and enhancing relationships. My journey began when I received my MSW from NYU in 2008, and I quickly started working with children and families in the metropolitan New York City area. Almost immediately, I recognized the profound impact that relationships have on overall well-being. Over my years of dedicated service and commitment, I’ve had the privilege of serving individuals across the life span, from birth to 99.

Collectively across my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in many different capacities. I’ve served in child welfare, performed Applied Behavioral Analysis with children impacted by Autism spectrum disorders, worked with homeless and drug addicted populations, collaborated with state and federal agencies such as Social Security Administration, Public Housing and Medicaid programs in various states, provided counseling services to families and adolescents in school settings, and worked in healthcare serving medically vulnerable and aging populations. This diverse experience has given me the opportunity to perform and evaluate the most effective treatment modalities for different people at all stages of life.

After over a decade in the field, I realized, with absolutely no fail, that a person’s relationship with themselves and others was the largest indicator of overall mental and physical wellbeing. This insight drives me to create a space where individuals of all ages, couples, and families can find support, guidance, and transformative experiences through their relationships with themselves and others.

Having witnessed the transformative power of therapy firsthand, I understand the importance of providing a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can embark on their unique journeys of healing and growth. I believe that every person has the capacity for change, and I’m committed to helping clients harness their inner resources, explore new perspectives, and create positive shifts in their lives.

My extensive training and experience in ego-cognitive solution-focused therapy, along with my dedication to continuous learning and development, have shaped the foundation of The Relationship Elevation and Learning Institute. I’ve witnessed the profound impact of this therapeutic approach in facilitating meaningful change and fostering healthier relationships; first with self and then with others.

I established The Relationship Elevation and Learning Institute as a place where clients can access high-quality therapy services, receive dynamic training, and valuable resources. Through my work, I aspire to empower individuals, couples, and families to overcome challenges, cultivate resilience, and create fulfilling connections.

Does Not Work Directly with Clients

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience, I am excited to serve as a clinical supervisor at The Relationship Elevation and Learning Institute. Supervision is one of the most meaningful aspects of my work, and I’m passionate about guiding associate clinicians as they grow into confident, competent, and compassionate therapists.

My approach to supervision is grounded in a relational and multicultural lens, with an emphasis on creating a supportive space where emerging clinicians feel safe to reflect, explore, and develop their professional identity. I bring extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational dynamics—areas that often arise in early clinical work—and I’m committed to offering both encouragement and thoughtful feedback along the way.

I see supervision as a collaborative partnership that balances warmth with challenge, and I enjoy helping associates build strong clinical foundations while honoring their unique voice and perspective. I’m thrilled to support our associates as they gain confidence and clarity in their work with clients.

Does Not Work Directly with Clients

I’m Alicia Cordeiro, LMFT/LPCC, and I’m excited to join the team as an independently contracted Clinical Supervisor. With over 22 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve worked with diverse populations across various cultural, socioeconomic, and clinical backgrounds. These experiences have shaped my inclusive and thoughtful approach to both therapy and supervision.

In addition to my clinical work, I run a private practice, giving me firsthand insight into the unique challenges of working in both agency and private settings. This perspective allows me to support associates in navigating the realities of the profession with clarity and confidence.

My supervision style is collaborative, grounded in real-world experience, and focused on helping clinicians develop their unique voice. I’m passionate about mentoring the next generation of therapists and creating a space where growth, curiosity, and compassion can thrive.

My path to becoming a therapist started in nonprofit, where I worked with communities from across the country. Many of the people I met were facing serious challenges—like food insecurity or limited access to clean drinking water. My role was to help share their stories. Over time, I realized I didn’t just want to listen—I wanted to listen and be part of their healing. That’s what led me to this work.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with teens, at-risk youth, and young children who’ve experienced or witnessed domestic violence. These experiences taught me the importance of looking at mental health through a trauma-informed lens and understanding how our past can shape the way we move through the world.

To me, therapy isn’t just for when things feel hard. It’s also a space for reflection, growth, and getting to know yourself better. Whether you’re navigating a big life transition, working through stress, or simply looking to better understand your emotions and relationships, therapy offers a place to do that with support and intention. I pull from several approaches depending on what works best for each client. I often integrate
narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care into my work. More than anything, I believe in meeting people where they are—with compassion, curiosity,
and without judgment.

I’m truly honored to do this work. I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you in your journey.

My journey to becoming an associate clinician began with my own transformative experiences in therapy—learning to face challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with myself. Inspired by that growth, I knew I wanted to support others on their unique healing paths.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California, with experience in both nonprofit development and clinical social work. Working with individuals from diverse backgrounds has deepened my appreciation for life’s complexities and the courage it takes to move through them. I approach each session with warmth, collaboration, and a nonjudgmental perspective, emphasizing the person-in-environment lens and honoring the ways our surroundings shape our experiences.

My practice integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, problem-solving therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation, with a special focus on supporting individuals navigating grief, loss, anxiety, depression, and stress. I take a holistic view of therapy, considering mind, body, and environment to help each person find greater well-being.

I’m excited to be part of The REAL Institute’s passionate team, where I’m inspired daily to offer compassionate, holistic care to every client I meet.

Casey Moore, ACSW #132713

(she/her/hers)

Hi, I’m Casey Moore, an associate clinical social worker. My practice is rooted in trauma-informed and person-centered care, where safety and trust are at the heart of every session. I believe that healing occurs when people feel truly seen and supported, and my role is to walk alongside you as you explore what growth and healing mean in your life.

I’ve had the privilege of working with people navigating intellectual and developmental disabilities, surviving domestic violence, substance use challenges, and severe mental health disorders. I view each client as a whole person, with a story, strengths, and resilience that can be nurtured and built upon. My approach combines trauma-responsive care with solution-focused and person-centered practices, always centering on your unique needs, honoring your pace, and empowering your voice throughout the process. I also believe that healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy. Healthy humor can be a powerful tool in therapy, a way to bring perspective, ease difficult moments, and remind us that joy and connection are vital parts of the healing journey.

Outside of my work, I find peace wandering through forests, focus on archery, and constant love (and occasional chaos) from my furry family members. Being a mom to twins has also taught me that growth doesn’t always look tidy, but it’s always worth it. These parts of my life ground me and shape the way I show up for my clients: with steadiness, perspective, and space for both the hard and hopeful moments.

I’m not here to tell you who to be or where to go. I’m here to stand with you, offering support, guidance, and space to uncover the tools and strengths already within you. I hope that in our work together, you’ll feel safe, respected, and empowered to take steps, big or small, toward the life you want.
