Current Position Openings

Associate Clinician (ACSW/AMFT) Opportunity

The REAL Institute is seeking passionate Associate Clinicians to join our team and help us meet the growing demand for our comprehensive services.

• Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and/or adults (individuals, couples, and families).
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation such as SOAP Notes.
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities.
• Compensation
  • Earn $40 per hour for direct client hours and $20 per hour for indirect hours, with regular increases as you advance towards licensure and gain experience. New Associates are expected to have 20+ direct client hours per week.
  • Flexible Scheduling.
  • Clinical Supervision for licensure hours.
• What We’re Looking For
  • MUST possess BBS Associate MFT/CSW license.
  • MUST have the ability to offer 20+ hours per week for direct client work.
  • Strong preference for clinicians that have experience working with children.
